- Leadify India is not obligated to disclose detailed scoring, evaluation notes, rankings, or deliberations.
Participation does not guarantee nomination, shortlisting, selection, recognition, or award receipt.
6. Awards and Recognition

- Modify, postpone, reschedule, merge, or cancel any award category, event, forum, conference, or recognition program.
- Revoke recognition or awards if information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
Recognition granted by Leadify India represents an evaluation based on submitted information and applicable criteria and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance, business success, or endorsement.
7. Fees and Payments

- Nomination fees, registration fees, delegate fees, sponsorship fees, partnership fees, and related charges must be paid in accordance with the instructions provided.

Refund Policy
